Yossi Matias
Yossi leads strategic efforts in Google’s Search and AI. He is the managing director of Google Center in Israel which he established and grew to over 1500. He is a founding lead of Campus Tel Aviv, of the Google for Startups program, and of Google’s AI for Social Good initiative. Prof. Matias is also on the CS faculty at TAU, with 100+ published papers and 60+ patents on his name. He is an ACM Fellow, a recipient of Goedel Prize and of Kanellakis Award for his seminal work on big data.
