Safra Catz is executive vice chair of Oracle's board of directors, a role she assumed in September 2025 after serving as CEO since 2014. She joined Oracle in 1999 and previously served as president and chief financial officer. Before Oracle, she was a managing director in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
