Leo AI CEO Maor Farid is a mechanical engineer with expertise in Applied Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence. Maor did his postdoc in applied math and AI in the Mechanical Engineering Dept of MIT, where he was a Fulbright fellow. He received his Ph.D. at the age of 24 from the Technion and attended Harvard's executive program. Named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 list, Maor served as a mechanical engineer, AI researcher, data scientist, and commander at the Israeli Prime Minister's Office and Unit 8200 - the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Maor is also the founder of the award-winning NGO Learn to Succeed, a winner of the Moskowitz Prize for Zionism for social activity and contribution to the integration of students and youth at risk from the Israeli socioeconomic and geographic periphery.
