Efrat Noy

Efrat Noy is a Partner on Andreessen Horowitz's Go-To-Market Network team, where she focuses on partnerships with cloud providers and select high-tech companies for the firm's portfolio. Before joining a16z, she led market development for Cisco's venture arm, after leading product management for enterprise IT and cybersecurity products and cloud services. She began her career as a software engineer and served in the IDF, where she ran a field intelligence operations room.
