Dylan Field
Dylan Field is co-founder and CEO of Figma, the collaborative design platform used by teams worldwide to design and build software. He co-founded Figma in 2012 with Evan Wallace, after the two began experimenting with web-based design tools while studying computer science and mathematics at Brown University. Funded by a Thiel Fellowship, Field left Brown to build the company, launching the first public version of Figma Design in 2016. He led Figma through its July 2025 IPO and serves as chair of its board of directors. Before Figma, he interned at O'Reilly Media, LinkedIn and Flipboard. He is also an angel investor.
